TIP-CARD project, Hong Kong SAR China
Tools to Inform Policy: Chinese communities’ Action in Response to Dementia (TIP-CARD) was a three-year research project commenced in April 2019. It aims to build on existing data, fill gaps in evidence, and consolidate findings with stakeholders to provide the policy tools to inform the best strategies for dementia care in Chinese communities. It consists of three inter-related studies: (1) Situation Analysis; (2) Cost of Dementia; and (3) Simulation Modelling. The project was coordinated by the Department of Social Work and Social Administration of The University of Hong Kong, and funded by the Research Impact Fund (Project Reference number: R7017-18) of the Research Grants Council in Hong Kong.
