The Federation of Brazilian Alzheimer’s Associations (Febraz) is a private non-profit organization that brings together the main associations and federations of the country and the work of volunteers, legal and health professionals. The acts related to the disease in Brazil are also published. FEBRAZ’s work covers a number of issues including quality of life for people with dementia, priorities in public health, the impact of dementia on national social security and health, and the need for education about dementia for young people.
